Why am I frustrated?
I wonder why we should be working on shifts!
Especially when, we are given a 30 minute notice, for a night-out in office. I cant work from home because, the time lines for each activity to be carried out is not fixed. We dunno when we should start and when we should finish.
What if something comes up while I'm traveling!? Seriously, BS!
I am waiting for a day when Indian IT resources are no longer seen as cheap labor.

Maybe then, we(read I :P) would start seeing the zillion other options we(again, I!) have other than software!
